The corn is shortnose white and eight row blue flint. This corn can be milled and made into corn flour. The yield from my gardens will be very small and uneven. Instead of making flour I plan to let the corn go to seed and dry on the stalks. Then I will harvest the ears and continue to let the kernals dry with the hope of saving enough seeds from these two gardens for next year’s MAIZE FIELD |
